Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Your return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, such as food supplements, are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and final sale items are also non-returnable.

  • Please provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Shipping Your Return:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges:
